The lady sitting behind me on the shuttle van on my way home is listening to some loud music on her mobile phone's MP3 player --- without headphones.

Technology is wonderful. Too bad that it can be annoying also.

I can't wait to get home.

I remember a few days ago, some guy sitting behind me (how lucky can I get?) was soundtripping on his MP3 player, but with headphones this time. He was singing along loudly, though. And, as if that wasn't bad enough, he only knew the trailing end of the lyrics so that there were some moments of silence and then he would suddenly sing out loud in an irritating falsetto. This went on for the whole duration of the trip.
